Hunting Season
Is it RABBIT or DUCK season? I dont know. I think it is deer season. Oddly enough, Pennsylvania leads the nation in DEER hunting. I believe we also lead the nation in alcohol-related hunting accidents but I would have to double-check that stat.

Monday Night Football
The Steelers play the Indianapolis Colts tonight. The Colts are undefeated and the Steelers just got spanked last week by the Association for the Blind or something....(not my joke, Mike Somebody or other wrote it). Let's hope Big Ben can work it out tonight...

Moy's Cove Success!!
Saturday was a good night for Comedy. The crowd was into it, the comics were funny, and the food was free! I seriously had a good time. Tomorrow and Wednesday are the FunnyBone so we'll see how that goes.  ¶ Monday, November 28, 2005 (0) comments

  Turkey Day has passed... Thank God

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was awesome. Spent some time with my extended family, aka the "in-laws". Food was good, dessert was good, belly was full.

Been loafing all day...another vacation day. Right now everyone is singing Christmas karaoke as I look for a tree branch sturdy enough to hang myself from! (just kidding). I love Christmas music, I just cant sing.

  Blog too vulgar?
My wife says this blog is too vulgar. Since about 3 people read it, I guess I could just say "so what?" However, 14+ years of marriage tells me that in order to get along, you play along.

  Sorry it has been a while since I have posted. No one reads this frigidaire thing anyway so I consider it, like Stand-up, to be therapy. Lots has been going on with me....so whether you care or not, here I come. I will start recent and work backwards...

MOY'S COVE PART 3
This Saturday at 9pm we will have another comedy show at Moy's considering how the last one went I should just pay someone to kick me in the broom closet and get it over with.

COMEDY WRITING
A bunch of local comics have decided to band together to work on writing. Everyone brings unfinished material to run it by the group. If no one yells "you suck" they normally will offer advice on how to make the joke funnier.

HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE
Awesome movie. Did the midnight premiere thing...no one told me it was 2.5 hours long. It made work very difficult the next day.

THE IMPROV - HOMESTEAD
This place has really sucked lately. The last two times I have gone, the show was cancelled due to lack of an audience. I really like the Improv but will have to see what happens.

THE PLAYER'S CLUB - MOON TOWNSHIP
I got invited to do a show at the above a month ago. I knew going into it that it might not be "my demographic" but I had fun with it anywho...the crowd was mostly black but they were very receptive to this piece-o-white trash telling jokes. In a surprising move, the audience was given the chance to vote on their favorite comic and I won....I was really shocked and pleased. I don't think I deserved it since I had friend performing that I thought were funnier.

THE FUNYBONE - STATION SQUARE
Still my regular spot. I try and go every Tuesday even when I am not performing to watch, learn, and support my fellow comics.

MOY'S COVE PART 2
Good news/bad news. The good news is that I got to host. The bad news is that the show sucked more than Michael Jackson at a Boy Scout slumber party (Jesus Juice Sold Separately).
